Our sole purpose behind building our Form Builder application is only to help our Shopify merchants to create a form for collecting the information from their customers.

We never recommend you to get any sensitive/private information such as account(s) credentials 'or' credit card/payment information submitted via our Form Builder Application. Any information submitted in the HulkApps Form Builder application's form response is rigidly at your own risk. HulkApps is not liable for any losses and/or damages in conjunction with the use of our application.

All the information stored on the application database via form submission is secured and followed by all security compliance. We maintain a strict security policy & never share or access any submitted response stored in our Form Builder application server.

As part of our policy, we ensure to remove all your data stored in our application database after 48 hours after you remove our app from your store. The submitted responses shall be emailed to the store owners on their respective email addresses of which, the link to download the exported data will remain active for 7 days from the day export link is generated.
