This customization would allow buyers on your site to essentially opt-out or in for a subscription to be added to
their current order.
For instance, when making a one-time purchase, there could be a checkbox that offers to include a month to month
subscription to their order. The subscription might be for a membership, support, subscription box, insurance or
anything monthly services you're offering.
Another example would be that a client would land on a one-time (non-recurring) item such as a curling iron. After
they include the product to the cart and press "checkout", a pop-up shows up inquiring the client in case they need
to include the extended warranty (month to month recurring) to their cart at $x/month.
The customer can select "yes" or "no" for this offer. In case the customer chooses "yes", both the one-time and
recurring product would be processed through the bold/stripe checkout. In case the customer chooses no, the one-time
order will be prepared through the regular Shopify checkout.
There may be a need for an additional cost from the Bold app you would want our experts to install for you to induce
product subscription in your store. Please note that the app price would be considered as an additional cost which won’t
be a part of our service package.
