Kitchen Center is a big believer in customization and used personalized product recommendations from HulkApps across multiple site pages, as well as pop-ups on a seasonal basis. With a company constantly looking for ways to evolve and offer the best customer experience, the eCommerce team at the Kitchen Center wanted to ensure that any design strategy was rigorously A/B tested and optimized.
Historically, however, the team had been held back from doing as much testing as they'd wished. Most A / B testing tools were too complex to implement, required development work, or were not designed for the specific needs of eCommerce marketers.
