Resolved: From Mar 27,2020 [1:30 AM EST] to Mar 27, 2020 [07:30 AM EST], Users are unable to access the application from the Shopify back-end and customers are unable track their orders on Storefront. Our developers are working on it and will resolve the issue ASAP.

Resolved: From Feb 19,2020 [11:00 AM EST] to Feb 21, 2020 [03:00 PM EST], No activity emails are being delivered to Merchants and respective store's customers due to a change in policy. Our developers has implement the changes. This incident is now resolved.
