We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Analytics Expert that will utilize business knowledge, number sense, problem-solving and analytical skills to develop quantitative analysis to drive cross-channel strategies. The position will be responsible for collecting and analyzing digital marketing channel and campaign performance data, preparing and automating reports, and clearly communicating results and analytical recommendations to key stakeholders. As a HulkApps Marketing Analytics Expert, this position will implement analytics best practices and transform data into actionable insights related to business and marketing objectives.Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and understand agency, campaign, and marketing channel goals and KPIs, as well as reporting requirements, to properly capture the corresponding data. Creating and updating tracking tags as needed for campaigns. Leveraging marketing analytics tools to develop reports and provide insights and recommendations for program improvements. Supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate testing strategies. Create a bespoke tracking code and data layer for complex implementations. Evangelize best-practice approaches for the implementation of Google Analytics and Google Tag Management (GTM). Create comprehensive reporting, insights, and recommendations across websites, digital advertising agencies.Desired Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Two or more years of working with the Google suite: Google Analytics Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Google Data Studio. Experience with A/B testing and multivariate tests utilizing web optimization tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Lighthouse, Facebook Pixel Helper, Pinterest Tag Helper, GTMetrics, etc Tracking pixel integration, events tracking, and pixel troubleshooting for Facebook, ShareASale, and other affiliates. Practical experience in advanced marketing analytics methodologies (such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research) is a plus. Strong hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery with an understanding of website architecture and navigation is a plus. Google certified.
