Yes, you can create an ‘n’ number of offers using the app. A few things have to be considered while you’re creating offers using our app. Listed below are a few:
  • No matter what numbers of offers you create using the app, make sure each offer applies to the different products or collection in order to avoid discount conflicts on later stages.
  • If you’ve created two offers on one single product or collections, by default the app considers the latest offer created.

In case you are using the Ajax cart on your theme, we request you to disable the Ajax cart functionality and retry. Your price adjustment should now display correctly.

Such cases are due to the Ajax cart. All you need to do is disable Ajax cart in order to make your file uploads visible.

Yes, with the release of PRO Version users are now able to add the Customer tags while creating the discount to offer discounts to specific customers. Instructions to configure a Customer tag-based discount offer can be found in the Setup Instructions and the FAQ section of the app.

There are no limitations on the number of discount rules and target products, variants so you can create as many discounts as you need. However keep in mind that the more target products, variants the rule has, the longer will be the discount activation or deactivation process.

Starting from January 22, 2020, our app uses Shopify API 2019-10 and GraphQL to ensure your partial search request will return the results. Example: Your product title is "Cherokee Boys Grey Melange Track Pants". So you can search by the complete title "Cherokee Boys Grey Melange Track Pants" to get a result, or by a partial text "Cherokee".

Unfortunately, our Quantity Discount & Tiered Pricing app uses Draft Order API which is not compatible with discount codes at all. Unfortunately, it is the restriction of Shopify and we can't impact that.

When you uninstall the application in the Shopify admin panel, the theme will still contain code snippets from the application. Follow these steps to complete the actions after uninstalling the app.
