We are hiring experienced Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead with an experience range between for which required details are mentioned below.

We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for improving user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, AB, and MVT testing. This is a unique opportunity for someone willing to roll up their sleeves and drive growth across digital properties while playing a key role in expanding and develop comprehensive and innovative optimization strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

Services_includes Create a strong hypothesis to improve KPI's using knowledge of usability, design, copywriting, and persuasion and use qualitative and quantitative data to support hypothesis.

Services_includes Own, optimize, and personalize conversion funnels to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.

Services_includes Collaborate with Development and Design teams to implement A/B and multivariate tests.

Services_includes Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics.

Services_includes Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', develop test hypotheses, and ensue insights that can be delivered from both winning and failed tests.

Services_includes Be responsible for CRO projects from creating tests, implementing, and developing insight reports.

Skills Required

Services_includes An in-depth understanding of wireframing and UX process. Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices.

Services_includes Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Hotjar, crazyegg).

Services_includes Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.

Services_includes Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration testing.

Services_includes Experience with multichannel campaigns including a working knowledge of paid ad testing.

Services_includes Experience in lead generation (multi/deep funnel conversion settings) is a plus.

Services_includes Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications
