A Junior Human Resources (HR) Executive is a certified professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.
Answering employee questions.
Processing incoming mail.
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.
Maintaining the computer system by updating and entering data.
Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.
Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
Advise and assist managers, supervisors and employees on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.
Responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll.
Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
Performing payroll and benefits audits and recommending any correction action.
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
Work and complete the tasks assigned to them.
Complete task in provided deadline.
Support and manage all day to day activities related to HR.
Give proper reporting to Supervisor or RM.
Attain and participate in meetings.
Keep the supervisor/ RM informed of task accomplishment, issues and status.
Follow disciplinary rules.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity and discretion.
Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
MBA/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
