A Junior Human Resources (HR) Executive is a certified professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance and payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

Services_includes Processing incoming mail.

Services_includes Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.

Services_includes Maintaining the computer system by updating and entering data.

Services_includes Setting appointments and arranging meetings.

Services_includes Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators.

Services_includes Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.

Services_includes Advise and assist managers, supervisors and employees on interpretation and administration of human resource policy.

Services_includes Responsible for processing semi-monthly payroll.

Services_includes Maintaining current HR files and databases.

Services_includes Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.

Services_includes Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.

Services_includes Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.

Skills Required
