We are hiring experienced Agency Support Specialists with an experience range between 2-5 years for which required details are mentioned below.
Communicate with the team members on smaller issues and help resolve small tasks.
Help Project Managers with post-launch inquiries and working with appropriate team members such as Developers/Marketers to execute Post-Launch Support.
Understand client requirements and help in troubleshooting.
Help Plan Support Initiative and execute those tasks on a monthly and recurring basis.
They will be the Point of Contact for our Support Manager, Mo, and help execute general issues that come up with any clients that are part of our Support Program.
Should be able to support and communicate with the USA Team and Clients directly.
Excellent communication and fluency in English is a must.
Experience with Help Desk / Support in any of the following: Web Development / eCommerce (premium), Software Development / Applications.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to quickly resolve issues and execute / plan / delegate promptly.
