The app allows Geo-Targeting where you can show the Cookie Consent Bar only to visitors from listed countries of the EU and CA depending upon your requirements.

With the app, you have given 4 options.

• Display the Cookie Consent bar only to EU users. ‘OR’
• Display the Cookie Consent bar only to CA users.
• Display the Cookie Consent bar only to CA and EU users.
• Display the Cookie Consent Bar to the world meaning everyone who visits your site will be notified about your policy - via the Cookie Consent Bar app.

You can do this by the following steps:

1. Go to the App Settings.
2. Enable the bar by clicking on the Check box to enable/disable the Cookie Consent Bar in your live site under Bar Display Setting.
3. Navigate to Select Region
4. If you want to show the cookie consent bar to every single person of EU regions who visits your site , then check the box against Display GDPR Cookie consent Bar Only to EU Users. And if you want the Cookie Consent Bar to display to every single person of CA regions who visits your site, then check the box against Display GDPR Cookie consent Bar Only to CA Users. If you do not check the box, then the Cookie Consent bar will be shown to each website visitor regardless of their region.

If you want to show the cookie consent bar to only EU users, check the box & non-EU users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:

If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to only CA users, check the box & non-CA users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:

If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to only CA and EU users, check both the boxes & Non CA & EU users will not be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:

If you want to show the cookie consent consent bar to all the users, left the boxes unchecked and all the users will be able to see any cookie consent bar on your site:

The app allows you to change the color of the below-mentioned parameters in the cookies notice bar:

• Background color
• Link color
• Text color
• Button text color
• Hover the background-color
• Border Color
• Hover the border-color

You can find the above configurations under the Banner Customization. Let us show you how you can utilize the above color settings.

1. Go to the app dashboard.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Enable the bar on your storefront by checking the box under Bar Display Setting.
4. Scroll down a bit & you’ll find the Banner Customization section.
5. Change the color of the above parameters the way you like.
6. Hit the Save button & you’re done!

Allow your customer to manage cookies and other GDPR/CCPA privacy manually.

1. Go to the App Settings.
2. Enable the bar by clicking on the Check box to enable/disable the Cookie Consent Bar in your live site under Bar Display Setting.
3. Navigate to Advanced Settings
4. Check the box Allow customer to manage their cookie data
5. Check the box Allow customer to manage their shopify data
6. Copy the data_preference tool link from the Advance settings.
7. Navigate to the Consent Bar Configuration section and click on cookies text value in the text editor.
8. Click on the link button in the Text Editor and select the ‘Link Type’ to ‘URL’ and paste the copied URL in the ‘URL’ field and press ‘OK’.

Get complete statistics of the cookie consents and the number of visitors from the EU. Here’s what you exactly hold :

• Total Accepts
• Total Visitors from EU
• Total Visitors from CA
• Accepts this month
• Visitors from EU this month
• Visitors from CA this month
• Total Visitors outside EU & CA
• Total Visitors outside EU & CA this month

You can select the style of the cookie notice bar from the predefined styles provided by the app:

• Full-screen Bar
• Corner Popup

By default the style provided by the app is a Full-screen bar. You can later on update it as per your requirement. Let us go through the app & show you how you can use the above styles.

1. Go to the app dashboard
2. Navigate to Settings
3. Go to the Select style section and select the style you like by clicking onto it. By default it is Full-screen bar so let us change the style to Corner Popup
4. Hit the Save button
5. View your storefront.

The app allows you to configure the position of the cookie bar different for Mobile, Desktop & Tablet.

Cookie Notice Bar at the HEADER in Mobile and FOOTER in Desktop

1. Go to the app
2. Click on Settings
3. Navigate to Select Style > Full-Screen Bar or select style as per your need.
4. Go to Banner Customization and select the below values
   1. Desktop / Tablet Position > Select “Bottom”
   2. Mobile Position > Select “Top”
5. Hit the “Save” button
