Can we verify the age with the birth date selection?

Yes, in the application settings there's an option naming 'Verify via Birthdate inputs' which is responsible to enable a birth date selection on the verification popup.

Is there any way to change the age limit from 18 years to some other value?

In the application settings you'll observe a textbox option to change the minimum years value.

I want to modify the heading text of the pop-up. Can you please guide me from where can I modify this text?

When a user navigates to application settings then under 'Heading Text' option they will find a option to customize the text, size, color and the fonts of the header text.

How to modify the sub-heading texts displayed in the verification popup?

In the application settings then under 'Sub-heading Text' option you will find a option to customize the text, size, color and the fonts of the sub-header text.

I would like to modify the button's texts and its color, is it possible to do so?

In the application setting under the 'Button Setting' you'll find the options to modify the button's text & color.

I would like to display a Validation message to the users whose age isn't eligible to enter the website.

In the application setting under the 'Button Settings 1' there's a option available to set the validation/restrcition message for the users who aren't eligible to enter the site.

I would like to redirect a user to specific URL if they don't accept the age verification. Is there any option available set the re-direction URL?

In the application setting under the 'Button Settings 2' there's a option available to set the redirection URL for the users who aren't willing to accept the Age verification.

I would like to customize the popup modal that appears on the store front end for age verification.

In the application setting under the 'Popup settings' there's are the option available to customize the popup modal along with the logo upload option.

I would like to add a background image to popup modal. Is there any way to do it?

Yes, in the application settings there's a option available in the bottom to add a background image for the popup modal along with background color and opacity option.

Are there any manual coding steps available to install the app?

No there aren't any manual coding steps you need to perform to configure the app.

How can I use the new popup layouts?

The new venture of Age Verification Pro brings more curated templates for our merchants. You can choose the template from the pre-defined library, customize it to best suit your store theme.

Here’s how you do it:

1. Go to the app dashboard
2. Click on Create Popup
3. You will be redirected to the Popup Window Settings.
4. At first, you need to enable the popup to display in your storefront. So, you need to enable it via the Enable/Disable Setting. All you need to do is, check the box & the popup will be enabled in your store.
5. Under customizations, you’ll be served with 3 pop-up layouts

6. Choose the one you like
7. You may also choose to customize the template you’ve selected by making changes under the heading customizations, Sub-heading customizations, and button settings
8. After all your alterations, don’t miss to save your configurations by clicking on the Save button

How can I display the age verification popup on a specific page of my store?

This PRO feature lets you display the Age verification popup on a specific page apart from the home page. You can choose to display the popup on multiple pages as per your requirements.

Let us show you how :

1. Go to the app dashboard
2. Click on Create Popup
3. Select the temple and customize it the way you want.
4. Under the Display Criteria, click on Specific pages and enter the URLs of your site on which you’re willing to display the age verification pop up.
5. You can any number of URLs you want and display the age verification popup on those pages.
6. After all your alterations, don’t miss to save your configurations by clicking on the Save button
