We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for improving user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, AB, and MVT testing. This is a unique opportunity for someone willing to roll up their sleeves and drive growth across digital properties while playing a key role in expanding and develop comprehensive and innovative optimization strategies.
Create a strong hypothesis to improve KPI's using knowledge of usability, design, copywriting, and persuasion and use qualitative and quantitative data to support hypothesis.
Own, optimize, and personalize conversion funnels to drive measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.
Collaborate with Development and Design teams to implement A/B and multivariate tests.
Identify & test new technologies and practices to improve conversion rate performance, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics.
Investigate and assess customer behavior across the funnel, identify 'pain points', develop test hypotheses, and ensue insights that can be delivered from both winning and failed tests.
Be responsible for CRO projects from creating tests, implementing, and developing insight reports.
An in-depth understanding of wireframing and UX process. Hands-on experience using A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and a deep understanding of best conversion practices.
Proficiency in using web analytics tools (Google Analytics/360, Hotjar, crazyegg).
Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.
Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration testing.
Experience with multichannel campaigns including a working knowledge of paid ad testing.
Experience in lead generation (multi/deep funnel conversion settings) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communications
