Please follow the below steps to setup the app in your Shopify store:
Step: 1 Click on the Settings button to open the app settings.
Step: 2 Click on the Enable Now button to enable the application.
(The application will be in the disabled state by default)
Step:3 Click on the Edit button and mark the question as required.
(Optional) Step:4 Click on the Add New button to add more questions to the survey form.
(Optional) Step:5 Click on the text editor field available under Form Title to set the Title of the form.
(Optional) Step:6 Click on the text editor field available under Form Success Message to set the Success Message of the form.
(Optional) Step:7 Select your preferred postion to display the survey form on the Successful Order page.
(Optional) Step:8 Click on the checkbox option to enable the Form Submissionnotification and receive an email on form submission.
(Optional) Step:9 Enter the Email Address in the Email field.
(Optional) Step:10 Enter the Email Subject of your choice.
(Optional) Step:11 Enter the content in the Email Content Text Editor..
Step:12 Click on the Save button to save the configured settings.
(Optional) Step:13 Click on the Preview button to preview the Survey Form which is created from our application.
