The app consists of the below elements:- 

Dashboard

At first, the dashboard doesn’t get you more information other than basic navigations. Once you complete your first survey, it’ll get you the survey statistics where you can see how well your survey performed with the responses. Moreover, you can also export the survey in .Xlsx with one simple click.

Enable/Disable Settings

This lets you disable the app when you no longer want to use & vice versa

Survey Questions

This is where you can add ‘n’ number of questions to your survey. Apart from the default “How did you hear about us”, you can add your required questions to the survey.

Note:- 

  • There has to be at least one question in the survey.
  • The App requires at least one question enabled for the survey

Basic Settings

It comprises of basic configurations like Form Title and Form Success Message where you can customize them as per your requirements.

Position Settings

You can select the position of the post-purchase survey form in the position settings and decide where your survey form should be visible to your customers on the order confirmation page.

Advanced Theming

Change the appearance of your survey form implementing custom CSS and make it yours forever.

Email Notifications

Whenever someone submits a survey, you will be notified by an email. This can only be done If you have enabled the email notification from the app.
