Show and hide all or some survey questions in your storefront

This lets you disable the survey questions when you no longer want to show your buyer & vice versa. Let us show you a quick route on using it:


  • Go to the app dashboard
  • Go to Settings
  • Enable the survey question to make it visible in your storefront in Enable/Disable Setting
  • Go to Survey Questions and click on "+ Add New button" if you want to add more survey questions apart from the default questions

Configure the rest of the settings as per your requirement and click on the "Save" button.


White Labeled Forms (no HulkApps watermarks)

Many apps provide the same features that the Post Purchase Survey app offers; however, they do not offer forms without their labels i.e a Watermark of their brand.

Make the field required or optional

Required field: It allows you to mark at least one question as a mandatory question for the users i.e. a user has to compulsorily answer one question in order to submit a survey. If a user tries to submit the survey without answering the question marked as mandatory then the app doesn’t process further and the survey won’t be submitted.

Here’s how you mark a field as required.

  • Go to the app dashboard
  • Go to Settings
  • Add a question and select the type of field for the options from the Dropdown, Radio button, Checkbox, and Textarea.
  • Add option and click on the Add New Option to create more options..
  • You can mark a question as a required question for the user. Meaning, the user has to compulsorily answer the respective question in order to submit the survey. 
  • You can make a question as required by checking the box before Required.
  • Save your settings & get going!


Optional field: At times it happens that as a user, when we fill out a survey, the options provided do not fit your opinion.

Meaning, you can give your input in the respective field.

Let us show you how you do it:

  • Go to the app dashboard
  • Go to Settings
  • Add a question and select the type of field for the options from the Dropdown, Radio button, Checkbox, and Textarea.
  • Add option and click on the Add New Option to create more options..
  • Simply check the Enable free text 'others' option
  • Add a label for the new field
  • Save your settings & you're all set!


Export responses as .csv

The app allows you to export the survey feedback in a .csv file. This feature will help the merchants add more value to their marketing efforts. Let us show you how you do it:


Next to the app dashboard, there is a "responses" tab. When you click on it, there is an "Export" option. When you select it, you will be asked for the email address the  .csv file will be sent to.


Survey statistics

These numbers inform you of how well your survey is performing. 

It helps you decide and take numerous initiatives in your marketing tactics.

These statistics are displayed on the dashboard. The statistics are given for:

  • Total life time responses
  • Total monthly responses

Please note that we soon plan add new features, such as average order value for orders coming from different sales channels. This will allow you to view where highest value order come from.


Export Survey statistics as .csv

All the statistics provided in the Analytics section of the app can be easily exported to a .csv file by a simple click on the export button provided in the top right corner of the Analytics section of the app.
