1. Please make sure the app is switched on. At the top left of the app dashboard, there is a switch for Activate Badge. Make sure it's turned on.

2. Make sure the correct badge locations are switched on. If you have the premium version, please make sure that each badge location that you would like is turned on.

In the basic and premium version of the app, the badges will display just below the 'Add to cart' button on the product pages. This is the default location. You can also place the badges nearly anywhere on your page using our drag and drop feature. Just click the + Select location button for the area you are working on

The FREE is in the name :) Trust badge app by Hektor is absolutely free and will remain FREE FOREVER. There is no usage limit or any string attached. Features and usage is not limited to store size or number of products.

Cancellation: If you want to cancel your free subscription of our trust badge app, simply uninstall the app or contact our support.
