Google Captcha validates human users and protects any form submission from bots. You can also enable Captcha and select it’s position in your Contact form. All you need to do is enable this feature from the Customize Form settings, under Customize Fields.

It notifies the Admin whenever a user submits the Contact form. By default, your store’s Account email will be used as form’s Recipient email address. You may update it later on from the form settings.
